OTRSのExternal InterfaceおよびConfigItem Listモジュールにおいて権限が不適切に処理されるため、認証された顧客がCI情報を照会できるシステムのクエリを実行できるようになります。影響を受けるには、CMDBが有効化されており、CustomerGroupSupportが使用されている必要があります。この問題はOTRSの複数のバージョンに影響します。
