Bitwarden Serverのv2026.4.0以前のバージョンには認可欠如の脆弱性があります。この脆弱性により、プロバイダーサービスユーザーが`POST /providers/{providerId}/clients/existing`を介して任意の組織を自分のプロバイダーに追加でき、対象の組織が乗っ取られる可能性があります。セルフホスト環境のインストールには影響がありません。これは、このエンドポイントがセルフホストではなくクラウドに限定されているためです（SelfHosted(NotSelfHostedOnly = true)）。
