概要

自動バグ報告ツール (ABRT) の abrt-action-install-debuginfo-to-abrt-cache のヘルププログラムには、任意のファイルに書き込まれる脆弱性が存在します。

想定される影響 ローカルユーザにより、/var/tmp に事前に作成された (pre-created) 予測可能な名前を持つディレクトリ内の unpacked.cpio へのシンボリックリンク攻撃を介して、任意のファイルに書き込まれる可能性があります。

概要

The abrt-action-install-debuginfo-to-abrt-cache help program in Automatic Bug Reporting Tool (ABRT) before 2.7.1 allows local users to write to arbitrary files via a symlink attack on unpacked.cpio in a pre-created directory with a predictable name in /var/tmp.
