TinyMCEはオープンソースのリッチテキストエディタです。バージョン5.11.1、7.9.3、および8.5.1以前に、偽造されたmce:protectedコメントを介したストアドXSSの脆弱性が存在していました。この脆弱性により、攻撃者はサニタイズ処理を回避し、コンテンツが復元される際にスクリプトを実行させることが可能です。この脆弱性はprotectオプションを利用しているユーザーに影響を与えます。なお、この脆弱性はバージョン5.11.1、7.9.3、および8.5.1で修正されています。
