v2026.4.1以前のBitwardenサーバーには、認証済みユーザーが空の`collections`配列を送信することで、`POST /ciphers/import-organization`経由で任意の組織に暗号を登録できる認可欠如の脆弱性があります。これはサーバー側の権限チェックがスキップされることが原因となっています。
