PressはFrappe Cloud上で動作するFrappeのカスタムアプリケーションであり、インフラストラクチャ、サブスクリプション、マーケットプレイス、ソフトウェア・アズ・ア・サービス（SaaS）を管理します。`press.api.account.create_api_secret`はCSRFに類似した攻撃に対して脆弱性があります。このエンドポイントはデータベースへの書き込みを行い、GETメソッドでもアクセス可能でしたが、コミット52ea2f2d1b587be0807557e96f025f47897d00fdの修正で、メソッドがPOSTに制限されました。

This endpoint writes to database and it is also accessible via GET method. The patch in commit 52ea2f2d1b587be0807557e96f025f47897d00fd restricts method to POST.
