Red Hat Quayのコンテナイメージアップロードプロセスに欠陥が発見されました。認証済みのユーザーであって、レジストリ上の任意のリポジトリに対してプッシュ権限を持つ者は、アクセス権を持たないリポジトリも含む他のユーザーの進行中のイメージアップロードに干渉できます。これにより、攻撃者は他のユーザーの進行中のイメージアップロードを読み取り、改ざんし、またはキャンセルすることが可能になります。

Summary

A flaw was found in Red Hat Quay's container image upload process. An authenticated user with push access to any repository on the registry can interfere with image uploads in progress by other users, including those in repositories they do not have access to. This could allow the attacker to read, modify, or cancel another user's in-progress image upload.
